We are ☺️ 🥳 🤩 to announce that the group will be moving from Max-Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart to the University Ulm in April 2025. Simon will take up a position as W3 professor in inorganic chemistry.
We are greatful for the support of Lotsch Group at Max-Planck Institute for Solid State Research, Feringa Lab at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, Kaskel Group at Technische Universität Dresden and all former colleagues and friends – you guys rock!
We also want to thank the Collaborative Research Center 1333, Carl-Zeiss-Stiftung, Verband der Chemischen Industrie e.V. (VCI), DAAD Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, and Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) for the financial support that allows us to do magic in the lab every day.
At University Ulm we are looking forward to working in a fantastic environment on the intersection of material science, supramolecular chemistry, light-responsive systems and many new interesting fields. There will be positions to be filled!
