Our group recently supported the organisation of the first DynamMIC conference in Fribourg, Switzerland. Each member of the group presented recent results of their respective research at the poster session in the topic of Dynamic Materials, Crystals and Phenomena Conference. Everyone had lively discussions and got valuable input from many experts in the field.
After a memorable poster session followed by drinks and snacks the participants were asked to vote on the two best poster presentations democratially via an online portal. To our delight Esengül Ciftci won one of the awards for best poster presentation. Congratulations!
